Propel Endurance Training designs each training plan to the individual athlete taking into consideration several factors including experience, goals and available training time. Each athlete must complete a Start-Up Survey and Steady State Test to aid your coach in customizing the program to suit your needs and ability.  There is a one-time $100.00 set up fee for this program.

Custom Pre Built Coaching – $450

This is a great option for those athletes who desire a custom tailored training program but do not need the typical updates and feedback. With this program you get all the design and development as the Custom Coaching but without the Bi-weekly adjustments.

Custom Team Training -

$300 per month for groups of 3-4 / $500 per month for groups of 4+

Propel Team Training programs are designed for the groups who wish to push each other. A custom designed training program based around the groups goals, and taking into consideration limitations and time restrictions of all the riders, this is a great way to enjoy all the benefits of a custom program at a reduced cost. This program allows athletes within the group to complete training rides together or on their own. Each athlete must complete a Start-Up Survey and Steady State Test to aid your coach in customizing the program to suit your needs and ability.

One-On-One Consultation – $100

If you are a self-coached athlete interested in learning new training concepts, review and revision of your training plan, nutritional advice, race tactics, or help creating your training plan – a personal consultation may be the answer to many of your questions. Consultations may last up to 90 minutes.


Group Speaking – $150 per hour

Does your cycling, multisport, or running club have an upcoming race? Do your teammates have questions regarding preparation, race tactics, diet, training advice, etc? A group lecture is a great way to help athletes of any level.  Group speeches are designed around the individual groups’ demands.


One-On-One Weight Training-

$55 per. hr. for Propel athletes, ($65 per. hr. for non-Propel Athletes)

Interested in incorporating some weight training into your regimen? This is not just for the winter months. By adding some weight training and core work into your weekly schedule, you will not only increase your strength and recovery times, you will be able to take a break from the heat. This can either be at your gym or at mine. **Note, typical weight training lasts just over an hour.


Buddy System Weight Training -

$45 per person per hr. for Propel Athletes ($55 per person for non-Propel Athletes)

Same as above, but limited to groups of 2 athletes, this is a great option for saving money and pushing your friend/training partner. Interested in doing a buddy workout but need a second person, just email or call for options.


Motor Pacing – $150per. hour

“Scooter-time is as close as you get to racing.” Whether you have your own workout in mind, or would like Propel to design a workout for you, this is a great way to get in some serious speed work. If you want to get fast, motor pacing is crucial.
